After many years of helping people with structural bodywork, Norma decided to pursue further training to address the energetic and psychological components of how people hold tissue dysfunction in their bodies. To that end, she completed two separate 3-year programs, one in energetic bodywork, and the other in attachment theory and boundaries. Norma’s work is further informed by her history with dance, yoga, and equine-assisted learning.
